![]() Method of manufacturing support element for pallet
专利摘要:
Pallet comprising base members (1-3) and crosswise members or tubes (4) perpendicularly thereto, especially a disposable pallet. According to the invention the pallet comprises base members (1-3) made by winding a web material coated with glue, the width of which suitably is equal to the length of the base member, around the first spindle, which preferably has a rectangular cross section, to the formation of an inner first bobbin (9). Subsequently a second spindle has been placed below the said first completed bobbin (9) and in contact with the lower surface thereof, the dimensions of the said second spindle being such that the same combined with the said first bobbin essentially completes the intended inner dimensions of the base member. The web material coated with glue on the surface has thereafter been wound around the structure formed by the said first bobbin (9) and the said second spindle to the formation of an outer second bobbin (10) whereupon the web has been cut and the spindles removed. Recesses (6) for the forks of a fork lift truck have then been made in the walls of the said second bobbin (10) and holes (8) for the said members (4) have been made through the two common opposite, vertical wall-sections of the first and the second bobbins.
The invention relates to methods for manufacturing a pallet, and in particular to a method for manufacturing a support member for a pallet. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method and increase the strength of the pallet. FIG. 1 shows a pallet comprising three support elements and pipes, axonometrics; figure 2 - the supporting element, end view; in fig. 3 supporting element, axonometrics; FIG. 4 shows a support element, in the walls of which H-shaped cuts are made, axonometrics; in fig. 5 - the same, at the moment of bending in glue-covered tabs to form openings for forklift forks; in fig. 6 shows the supporting element at the location of the forklift fork opening, cross section; in fig. 7 and 8 round and rectangular CEC pipes chenio, axonometrics; Fig. 9 is a support member, an exemplary embodiment. A method of manufacturing a support element 1 for a pallet comprising at least two supporting elements 1 interconnected by means of pipes placed with friction in openings 3 located in the upper part of supporting elements 1 at an equal distance from one another, provides forming a hollow support element 1 of a rectangular shape from a multilayer sheet material, the layers of which are covered with a glued material; the width of the material is equal to the length of the support element 1 and the holes 3 in its upper part have holes for pipes and nd - openings 4 for truck forks. The support element 1 is formed by winding layers of sheet material on a spindle (not shown) of rectangular section, whose height is equal to the outer diameter of the pipes 2, and the width is the width of the internal cavity of the support element 1, until the first babin 5 forms, followed by In this case, an additional rectangular spindle (not shown) is installed in such a way that its upper surface contacts the lower outer surface of the first reel 5, the dimensions of the additional spindle are such that it, together with the first reel 5 provides the inner dimensions of the support element 1; Then, the final winding is carried out on the first bobbin 5 and the additional spindle of the layers of sheet material before forming the second bobbin 6 with dimensions corresponding to the outer dimensions of the supporting element. The number of turns in the reels is determined based on the required strength characteristics. Then the sheet material is cut, the spindles are removed, and in the walls of the second reel 6, openings 4 are made for the forks of the loader, and in the walls of the support element 1 formed by both reels 5 and 6, 3 holes for pipes. The openings 4 for the forks of the loader can be made by forming 6 H-shaped slots 7 in the walls of the second reel, bending inwardly with the tabs 8 and 9 and pairing them together. The result is two rectangular openings 4 for 0 Q 5 0 35 40 45 50 55 loader, and in these openings the upper pair of tabs 8 forms the arch of the opening, and the second lower pair of tabs 9 forms a belt stiffening element 10 forming the lower surface of the opening 4, The sheet material used to make the support member may have a thickness of 0.2-1.0 mm. Polyethylene-coated cardboard or paper can be used as a sheet material. It is preferable to use for applying to the surface of the sheet material and for gluing the tabs 8 a bonding agent which is a thermoplastic or emulsion adhesive. The first bobbin 5 can contain 4-8 layers of sheet material, the thickness of its walls is 2-4 mm, the Second bobbin 6 can have 6-12 pieces of material, and its walls thickness is 3-5 mm. The support element 1 may have a belt element 11 stiffness attached to the inner bottom surface of the second reel 6, The pipes 2 connecting the supporting elements 1 can be wound in the same way as the supporting elements 1 using the same sheet material and can contain 510 turns of the sheet material or more in accordance with the required strength. The pipes 2 may have either a cross section, for example, round or rectangular. The spindles are used to manufacture the reels 5 and 6, as well as the spindles for the manufacture of pipes 2, which are made in a known sliding manner with the possibility of removing them after the winding is completed. The holes 3 for the pipes 2 and the H-shaped slots 7 can be made in a manner, for example, by stamping, cutting through the machine or with a circular saw. Cutting can also be carried out by means of a water jet under very high pressure. When these H-shaped slots 7 are not made, the openings 4 are cut into the walls of the second reel 6 (FIG. 9) without the formation of tabs. This embodiment of the openings 4 is suitable for pallets intended for light goods. This option is somewhat cheaper in manufacturing than the first described. In addition, in accordance with the said second embodiment of the openings 4, it is possible to compensate for the absence of the tabs 8, 9 and the strength provided by them with a large number of turns of the wound sheet material. To further increase the rigidity of the support elements 1, they can be made longer than in the finished form, which allows cutting out the tabs 12, which must be bent inside the end portions of the support elements 1 (see Fig. 1). In order to increase the strength of the support element 1 onto the inner horizontal surface of the second reel 6 along the entire length of the supports 1, a rigidly rigid tensile tape element 11 is glued from that material or similar to that used to make the supporting elements. The width of the tape 11 is approximately equal to the width of the internal cavity of the second reel 6. After making the H-shaped slots 7 in the support element 1, the tongues 8 are folded and glued to one another, and the tongues 9 are folded and glued. To the tape element 11. The dimensions of the pallet in accordance with the invention can be varied within wide limits. For commercial reasons, the length of the support elements 1 is usually made in accordance with existing standards, i.e. equal to 1.2 m, while the pipes, respectively, have a length of 0.8 m (Eurostard). In accordance with the existing standard, the height of the openings above the floor should be about 9 cm. The width of the supporting elements can be varied within wide limits depending on the given carrying capacity, but usually it is in the range of 5-10 cm. The pipes preferably have an outer diameter of about 40 -50 mm since this range provides maximum fluid for a given amount of material. The lower surfaces of the supporting elements lying on the floor or the ground can be provided with a more wear-resistant coating. Such a coating can be 0 five ethylene attached to the bottom surface of the support element by, for example, melting, the invention allows to simplify the method of manufacturing the support element and increasing the strength of the pallet, while the support elements obtained by the proposed method are cheap to manufacture during mass production, have a very low weight with sufficient carrying capacity and meet all modern requirements.
